Hello, I have noticed that when I download video clips from my Canon XL2 they show up as thumbnails
so that I can see the content. But when I download from a small camcorder using an sd card I cant get thumbnails to show up? Any ideas.............................Pete.

Well, just guessing, but I'd say it probably has nought to do with your XL2, as it doesn't seem to be involved in the non thumbnails

That just leaves the dinky cam (un - named) and the download software (unidentified).

Any help?

The dinky camcorder is a Panasonic and downloaded to laptop XL Home.
XL 2 shows thumbnails and the Panasonic shows up as MPEG Logo.
