Final Cut Pro capture setup anamorphic or not

I'm shooting with the Canon set to 16:9 and 24p. My question is this: In Final Cut Pro's Capture settings, should I check the anamporphic box? Please see the attachments. The attachemnt, capture2 is the setting by going into the advanced button in the QuickTime Video Settings section.
