External Monitor &/Or FU1000

I know that you can use an external monitor as a viewfinder connected with the included External Monitor Cable plugged into the Viewfinder 2 port. And I know that you can use an FU1000 but does the FU1000 have to be plugged into the Viewfinder 2 port so that is an either or choice?

I think it would be neat to be able to have both the B&W FU1000 and an External Color monitor connected to the camera!

Yes -- the B&W CRT viewfinder must be plugged into the EVF2 jack.

You can do this, but the color monitor (not the color EVF, but a separate monitor) must be plugged into some video output on the camera other than the EVF1 jack.
