XLH1 - white ballance broken - need 2 get fixed in LA?
 

We have a XLH1; The White balance seems to be not working. The auto white balance will not adjust itself at all and setting white balance seems to stay on a very orange look no matter what or how many times i set it... The preset indoor seems to be working but thats it...

Where is a good place to get this type of problem fixed. Im in Hollywood. Wonder how much this will cost to replace whatever. Not under warranty any more.

There is a canon service center in irvine. Silly question but you've reset everything right? I would do that before I send it in.
