I agree, sometimes the money for film-out isn't found until much later after production. I still think we'll need to do some comparative studies of the H1's audio quality in 4-channel 16-bit 192kbps mode.

i am rendering from this thread that the difference is really minimal. seems like low light is off the table as a deal killer on choosing the xlh1 over the xl2.
