Some picture quality, only a bit smaller. So yeah, if the price difference is it worth for you, then go buy one.

Only $36,000 - In that case, I'd better buy an extra couple, just in case my $1 billion dollar car hits a Hummer, while carrying a 320GB model on the passenger seat during the short drive home from the CTT offices...Just think - All that money that I saved on buying the cheap $36,000 model instead of the $60,000 model will free up space in the bank balance to buy an extra truck-load of H1 cameras...
