Steven, us mac-users can't play HD-WMV (MS has halted development of WMP for Mac a good while ago). Would you mind posting the h2t or a QuickTime H.264 file?

Edit: I was typing the above while the file downloaded. It does actually play in WMP 9 for Mac, but not very smoothly and in 4:3 aspect ratio. The clouds look nice!

Awesome! How much footage was that in real time and how much speed up in post?

btw, Ron, if you have a G5 I recommend that you install the Flip4Mac WMV components. These help my dual 2.7 play full 1080p wmv through QT at full frame rate.

The cloud movement was nice, the house and trees have gotta go. We like to post .jpg sequences of timelapse's.
We have some coming up 1920x1080 frame size, that way you can drop it in any sequence at any frame rate.

Too funny. You say that like I'm going to run out and use it in a feature. Experiments tend to be just that :)

That looks pretty cool, but I think the time interval is more to use if you want to leave the camera somewhere for 6 hours in a row the tape would ran out quickly.

Yeah Dave, you are right about that. I believe there are some software solutions out there for something like that. The truth of the matter is if I needed something like that, I'd just rent a camera....I shoot timelapses like that maybe two times in a lifetime :) If a client wants it then I'm renting.

The Nikon D200 now has a built in intervelometer.
Great for shorter projects. 10 megapixels.
With a 4 gig card I can shoot almost 1500
1936x1296 frames. Makes nice 1080p footage!!
