Recomended Maintenance Store in NY for XL1s!
 

Dear All,

i have the following peoblems in my xl1s camera:
1) burnt firewire circuit.
2) redish tone when i white balance "white"
3) slite shift to left in the lens base, so when i stich a wide angle lens adaptor, i see the lens edge from the right more than the left..

i have a friend who is going to New York and i wanted recomendadions for best/cost effective places where i can send the camera to.

There is no Canon facility in New York, but "just across the river" in New Jersey there is one. For contact info see this page. The two service centers listed there are the only authorized Canon facilities in the United States. Hope this helps,
