Lights

Can anyone suggest a good light to fit on the top? I do a lot of post sports match interviews - often in poor light.

I'm UK based so it needs to be something I can get at probably either Optex or Prestons.

I'd recommend a Frezzi MiniFill with dimmer switch.

Lighting

I suggest a Lowel I-Light 12volt 50, 100w Great choice for camera top light, high lights and low level key light...They will set you back a bit though...
