The Adobe API call getFileVideoBounds(), used to tell us the size of the images, fails when is sees a double character--the "å" generates two byte characters in the Windows filesystem. This is not a quick fix, sorry.

No worry - you have been more than helpful in figuring out how I can avoid the issue. Renaming a folder must have been the easiest way to fix a problem that caused a lot of headache.
