Missing Frames With Scene Detect!

Just got done capturing some footage from today and I noticed something. I had not paid much attention to it before, but I think it has always been there.

I captured footage with about 30 scenes today with PPro and Aspect HD, but the time code is not continuous. The end of clip 1 is not the beginning of clip 2, etc.. There are about 10 to 25 frames missing. Every clip is the same, missing frames.

I captured a bit of the footage without scene detect and it is all there. Full time code, continuously.

Any idea what gives?

What happens if you set the scene handles to 60 frames?

That is for batch capture and is blanked out for scene detect.
