Cineform preset not available

Hi,

Until today I had the Cineform preset available on Premiere Pro 2.0 and CS3, but now suddenly the preset has disappeared.

When I try opening a project created using Cineform, Premiere Pro opens up in desktop mode.

What is happening?

Please help.
