The Prospect HD v407b216-090710 won't show up in cs3.2?

What am I missing here (the Prospect HD v3.49 Build 193 works fine thoght)

I've uninstalled the 3.49 and restarted and installed the Prospect HD v407b216-090710 but it wont show up in CS3 3.2. I have the latest update for win XP home.
