HDLINK - Dropped frames? How do you tell?

How can I tell if frames are being dropped when I captured in HDLINK? Can a single SATA2 hard drive handle the through-put that Prospect4K can produce when capturing? I am capturing video in 1920x1080 60i analog using ANA Xena. Is there a resolution in progessive format which a single drive could not handle?

Richard, there is no single 7200 rpm SATA drive that can't handle all formats that Prospect HD can record. Prospect HD handles up to 1920x1080 4:2:2, and the sustained data rates will rarely exceed 20 MB/sec, whereas a single 7200 rpm SATA should handle a minimum of 40 MB/sec or greater.
