Update server giving probs?
 

David, is the update server up? Seem to be probs there. (yes, I checked my spam...)

Stephen.... I experienced slow response in receiving the email link, but it did come through after maybe an hour or so.

Updates never came through and it's been over 5 hrs. This is for the latest Prospect 4K update.

I tried twice and will switch emails soon.

We gacve the mail server a kick, should work now.

Ha ! Your swift kick did the trick...!

Corrupt Zip Prospect HD v4

I been trying to download the Update to Prospect HD v4.0 Build 219b: http://www.cineform.com/downloads/Pr...19b-090812.zip (39MB)

It says it has downlaoded, then when I try and open or extract the zip it says damaged/invalid/corrupt?

Same problem here. I emailed support.
