porting

I need to port my prospect HD to my new editing machine.
Should I deactivate and deinstall the current installation ?

All you need to do is deactivate the old system's Cineform, install on the new system, and go through the activation process on the new system. If you're not going to go back to using Cineform on the old system, probably best to uninstall.
