I use Cineform products all the time, if you are using it with Premeire pro cs3/cs4 for example, just install Prospect HD and it's all ready to go.

What are you struggling with installing or using the product?

Have you tried to file a support ticket with Cineform via the website? I have never had problems getting hold of them via email.

This users question have been answered, once he got off using the telephone. :) We use internet correspondence first, as we can track communications and respond to more customers in a day. Telephone messages are lower priority, particularly as sometimes they end up in random voicemail boxes.
