Firstlight Freezing

I have been trying out NeoHD Firstlight and after about 3 minutes of footage the clip stops but the time counter keeps going.

It can be multiple short clips or one longer one. In fact, if I run a clip twice in a row and it reaches 3 minutes or so it freezes again. I have to close Firstlight and start it up again.

This occurs exactly the same on both of my computers. One is an i7, 8gb RAM, 10K NLE HDD, GTX260, 64 bit, windows 7 and the other is a core 2 duo, 3gb ram, 512mb video card, 32 bit, Vista.

I just updated to 4.3 on both machines and they still freeze exactly like before. What on earth am I doing wrong?

You will need to upload a clip that does this to support. Try ftp://ftp.cineform.com/pub/incoming and file a trouble ticket tell support the name of the uploaded file.

Well, they all do it. Whether it is from my HMC-150 or from my 7D. After about 3 minutes it just stops. It could be 6 short clips or 1 long one. I've tried lots of clips, same result. I'll contact them. Thanks!

Well that is weird, so not clip related? Never heard or seen that. As FirstLight doesn't play sequences how is it the 6 short clip fail at 3 minutes?

Try clips generated elsewhere to confirm that is just a function of playback on your system

Download some here:
ftp://ftp.cineform.com/pub/outgoing/Matrix/

I click on one in the bin and play it, then I click on another one in the bin and play it, and so on. It could be 6 small clips or 2 larger clips, it really doesn't matter. After 3 minutes it locks up. I have it installed on 2 different systems and it acts exactly the same way. FYI, I can scrub all I want, I just can't get it to play more than 3 minutes of footage before locking up.

I'll try that when I figure out how
