Easy Way to Conform 30p Cineform Files to 24p on PC?

(I apologize in advance for the cross-post, but this seems like another good place to potentially find a solution...)

Anyone know of a simple solution for conforming 30p (drop frame) 5D2 files to 24p (drop frame) on a PC?

To date, I've been doing it in Vegas by slowing the 30p clip to 80% of original speed with no resampling and then rendering out a 24p cineform file from the timeline, but there must be a better way (that doesn't cost a lot of money)?

I was thinking of operating on the original out-of-camera files, but another approach, maybe even a safer one at that, would be to operate on my cineform intermediate files (I use NeoScene in my workflow). I'd love to be able to get home after a gig, quickly transcode everything (both 24p and 30p original footage) to cineform using NeoScene, and then quickly conform the 30p cineform clips to 24p, such that I end up with everything as 24p cineform that I can online and start editing with.

I was kind of hoping to just find some simple tool that could rewrite the file's header or something (I don't care about the audio in the 30p clips, so the audio can be dropped, or stretched or not stretched, whatever).

Any ideas?

If you had NeoHD you can do within HDLink, including audio pitch correction if needed.

With you can use AVIFrate.exe to change the speed in the AVI header.
