HDC-SDT750 -> Neo 3D files ?
Hi everyone
I've got a 3D camera - Panasonic HDC-SDT750. What I do right now: 1) put each file onto PPro timeline, 2)+3) stretch out each half of a frame (left and right), 4) export both parts as regular files, 5) mux'em in Neo. Maybe, there is more fast and convenient way? Thank you! |
That does sound like a lot of work. Nothing more convient yet for side-by-side ananmorphic cameras, but working on it.

Thanks for response, David
I'll be waiting! |
You may not be waiting long, I have it working in the next beta (single step within HDLink.)

Hi ,
David, could you upload 5 or 10 seconds of original 3d file? I am going to test different NLEs and need some of your Panasonics footage... Would that be possible? Thanks!! ULI |
All the footage I have is from Pansonic directly, so I can't share. Maybe Anton can upload some of his.

Re: HDC-SDT750 -> Neo 3D files ?
I'm working with some of this footage now - I don't see any way to convert it using HDLink. Has it moved into the release version? if not, which beta, and how can I download it?

Re: HDC-SDT750 -> Neo 3D files ?
Interesting timing. The build released today or tomorrow adds more direct support for side-by-side preformatted 3D cameras.

Re: HDC-SDT750 -> Neo 3D files ?
how would I convert the m2ts side by side stereo file to a cineform file?
Using HDLink I'm getting a stereo interleaved file that's just a double of the whole, unsplit, original stream. |

Use the New build http://www.dvinfo.net/forum/cineform...-neoscene.html
HDLink as is regular 2D file. In FirstLight open the clip, in the "Workspace" control, change the "Preformatted" type If you set the display mode to side-by-side before you transcode in HDLink, the preformatted type is set automatically. |
