Enhanced: CS5.x playback module now two: CineForm 2D and CineForm 3D modules, improving 2D performance.
Fixed: CS5.x Project Management not trimming AVIs.
Fixed: Greater than 2K exports in CS5.x ignoring the quality settings.

Due to the playback engine going from one to two edit modes, existing projects will likely say it has to switch to a custom or desktop preset. There is no harm for 2D projects, your sequences will continue to work. For 3D projects you will need to cut & paste your existing sequences into a new sequence using the "CineForm 3D" edit mode (or select the 3D preset that matches your source.)

This is beta software, so don't install amid a critical project.

has worked well for me today (in 2D). Has indeed solved the project trimming problem. Now have my promo project down from 111GB to 3.5GB...

The Cineforms have been underground for some time now.
