Neo3D batch muxing??
 

So far in Neo3D I've successfully (and easily) batch muxed Panasonic 3DA1 files to Cineform 3D MOV. Now I need to do about a hundred clips from another 3D source and trying unsuccessfully to find a way to batch process the L/R files by scene number or any other way. So far it appears that Firstlight only lets you do one pair at a time so I'm hoping I'm missing a step to automate this process like the 3DA1 import allows.

Any tips?
