Clips randomly lose sound when rewrapped AVI to MOV
 

For some reason certain clips in my pipeline lose sound when rewrapped from avi to mov using HDLink. Those clips are in every way like all the other clips that do not lose their sound with one possible exception - the seem to be on the shorter side. Most are under 8 seconds.
