If I upgrade to GoPro CineForm Studio Premium can I export in adobe speedgrade as cinform avi file or only cineform mov file?

No. SpeedGrade only support decoder. Please send a feature request to Adobe: https://www.adobe.com/cfusion/mmform...?name=wishform
