intermittent premiere and cineform issues...
 

I have used the trial on a different machine without issues. However on a clean XP installation and a clean Premiere pro 2.0 install + latest aspect HD (I own it so no trial) I am getting weird behavior. The simple issues are transisitions are not showing up as realtime. Even using Cineform preset and cineform transitions it is marked as redat the top of the timeline as if it needs to render. They tend to play through them since this is a newer core 2 duo machine but there are other issues related to this.

Sometimes they just show a black screen, or they just ignore the transition and appear out of nowhere as if no transition is applied. I tried to apply the force render option to see if it helped but premiere locks up building the preview.

These things have happened 3-4 times now in a project that I do not have time to be messing around on! Anyone seen these? Is there a simple fix? I installed the latest version of Aspect recently....prior to that I was using the October build on my old PC. Are these known bugs?

Not a known issue, so something is wrong with the install. Uninstall and re-install Aspect HD. If the problem continues file a trouble ticket at www.cineform.com/support.
