How much performance increase will I notice?
 

I currently own a dual AMD 246 machine running PP2 and Cineform 4.x

I'm contemplating installing a couple of AMD 275 CPUs in my machine.

Will I notice any performance increases using PP2 and Cineform?

Yes, going from 2 to 4 cores and up in clock speed is all good.
