Yes, these indicators will be on both HD/SD-SDI and HDMI outputs.

Thanks very much. That would be a big help.

Thanks for the info!

Did you guys look at the smaller but brighter 6.5 Marshall?
Marshall Electronics - V-LCD651ST-3GSDI

Yes, more money but all the features. Anybody get a good look at these monitors?

Thanks!

Bob I did consider that one but thought I would try the 7" first since I will need a second for my PMW-350. If you go for it let us know how well it works in bright sun?

Bob Griffiths December 13th, 2009 11:15 PM

Paul,

I will. I just send the specs off to my dealer in Denver. Let's see how they can do on the price. B&H had it for $1774.95USD.

Be well... and thanks to everyone for the info!

Paul Cronin December 14th, 2009 08:24 AM

Thanks Bob will be interested in your full sun report. You should also check with Abel great people to work with and very competitive.

Paul,

I'll probably get everything through telecorps in Denver. Nice folks, very competitive and close to where I live... a mere 3 hours away from Carbondale. They have bailed me out of a few tight spots and we have a good relationship. I prodded them into becoming CD dealers... so I'm kinda obligated on this whole nanoFlash purchase! ;-)

Makes sense Bob always nice to support the local shop.

Hi Paul, Aaron-
Speaking of monitors, we are planning to add a record indicator (maybe a red line at the bottom of the image) when the nanoFlash is in record mode. Like the audio tones in the headphone (which also indicate record start/stop), this record indicator can be enabled or disabled via a menu selection.

Hi Mike,

How about adding audio meters along with the record indicator into the loop-out monitor outputs?
