I'm sorry to hear that you're still experiencing issues with this situation.

It makes me wish i had an HDX900 so I could help...the last time I had one in hand was about 6 months ago on a job where I rented one to sync up with the principle production house.

As you can tell, the Convergent Design community is pretty tight. I suspect if there's a way to solve it, you'll find it.
