AE Titles in FCP
 

I am exporting some titles from After Effects in FCP, they are being exported as QT-Animation-RGB and Alpha.

When I add them onto of a video stream the colour goes all out of whack, I have tried different composite modes and the best is 'screen' however the titles loose what looks like opacity and sharpness. Does anyone have any tips / workflow for decent titles created in AE.
