Annoying orange
 

Hi guys,

I'm trying to brush up on my skills on editing/filming etc. As I've not done anything for a couple of years.

I'm trying to get a bit practice in after effects practice in. For instance I'm trying to do the annoying orange effect. I followed this video

....but on export I see the audio has moved 20 seconds out. Plus, the background has moved too.

And....I don't think my computer has enough RAM as it takes an age to preview, and export.

My question is, is there an easier way to do this effect

Even Adam and Joe did this effect,
