Limited RAM preview
 

Hi all,


I am now officially doing my first project with AE 7. I took the Total Training course a couple of weeks ago so I feel pretty confident about this maiden project.

One thing though, when I try to ram preview AE only "render" 1.5 sec and play it automatically even if my work area has a 7 seconds lenght.

Does this behavior has anything to do with memory settings in the preferences windows or a normal behavior?

Oops, I should've search before posting that, even with a 1 gig of ram it's not enough. Enabling disk cache seems to improve it though.
