Well this it people the future is here and it's huge 3.5 terabytes for approx 18 minutes of footage.

This will take some time to become viable for production. The large sensors will produce similar DOF as 70 mm film. Great. Sony will soon have low cost projection technology for this amount of resolution.

I see that was on IBC, too bad I missed that. I doubt they actually
showed some footage with that system though. That would've
been the bomb.

It was several decades of color NTSC until we saw the dawn of HD, which is just beginning to take off and we have a dawn of UD. I bet, some filmmakers will jump over the HD period and will go from film to UD.
