CBS and FOX rejoin NAB

For those of us who enjoy the annual NAB toy store, this is great news.

A number of years ago, there was a split between the political positions of networks and affiliates. The affiliates drove the NAB position and that drove some of the networks to quit the organization. Apparently, the policy landscape has changed and the networks and affiliates are now largely on the same team again.

I don't know if the broader support of NAB will change the media policy landscape (NAB is first and foremost an industry advocate), but for those who enjoy the tradeshow, it's good to see deeper support of the parent organization.
