But it has to be heated to around 100 Celsius to undergo the reaction to produce the carbon nanotubes that absorb the light. Not sure if they recommend many lenses getting that hot.
Might be great material for a backdrop, light spill won't matter as the reflectivity is so low. |

You don't need to make the whole lens this hot, just the lens casing as it would be applied to the inside of this to eliminate internal spill.
