Missing Menus
 

This might seem silly and simple, but I have the full version of Adobe Encore DVD, and it was installed by a Turnkey Company.

I can't seem to locate my additonal custom menus and buttons. There's supposed to be hundreds, yet in my Library palette there's only three.

What am I doing wrong?

Would these by any chance be optional when you install? If you
have the Encore CD try starting the install from it and see if you
can install any additional stuff. Otherwise you might perhaps
contact your turnkey company and ask them?
