What settings do you use for high quality video for the internet?
 
I've been doing .wmv for a bit now and see alot of people are using h.264 at decent resolutions and it looks pretty good. What do you prefer?

I think H.264 is the king of the hill, at the moment.

h.264 looks great, but you'll want to see if the encoder has vbr capability... it can make a big difference in file size, if you are creating downloadable vids... audio could also be an issue, i seriously doubt that you'll be able to beat wmv 9.1 2-pass audio quality with the aac audio that comes with h.264... there are also issues with people not having the media player to correctly handle h.264.
