25P or 24P for NTSC and PAL

I am in PAL area.Making a documentary meant primerily for PAL countries. Some US channels(NTSC) are also showing interest in the subject. They want it in 1080 60i.Which format I should choose so that both can telecast it?25P or 24P?

If the delivery format is 60i, then you have to shoot 60fps. changing from 24/25 to 60 will give you bad results.
