Wagon or PVC

Would It be better to use a Wagon(http://grizzly.com/products/G7112), or a PVC dolly like the dolly in the "killer camera rigs" OR (http://www.dvinfo.net/conf/showthread.php?t=93701)? Thanks for your input =D

That wagon looks like a... wagon. I think you'd do much better with a PVC dolly.
