How does voting work?
 
When I vote for my three films how does it work?

Does each film receive one vote? Or is it a weighted system meaning the film I vote for first as an example gets 2 points my second place vote get 1.5 points and my third place vote gets 1 point?

I ask because in my mind the three films I voted for are not equal and I wouldn't particularly want them getting equal representation.

Although I can see where a person would have a hard time placing them in order and just say these are my top 3 films equally.

Thoughts?

Films receive 3 points for 1st, 2 for 2nd and 1 for 3rd.
