Some of the pans were a little jerky, and I didn't understand the doorbell thing either at first, but this is a classy film nonetheless. Those tears would have been a bit more powerful if completely in focus, but man if I wasn't amazed that her eyes genuinely welled up like that.
She did a great job, as did everyone else. The son did seem a bit juvenile, but I gather that that was the point, and it didn't really bother me. |
I agree with the others about the music. It fit so well with the movie, that it was almost subconcious, which for this story was a very good thing.

I am with the others, I liked the story, the music, the actors and the overall flow the the film. Good work with the camera also. I did not get the sun theme at first, but after a couple of times, it was more obvious to me when she came out into the sun.

Mandy's mother is so WHITE, the significance of her coming out into the SUN would have been much more significant. It also would have helped if I had a friggin SUN to shoot!.
