DVD sleeve template?

I am looking for a template that fits on an 8.5 x 11 sheet of paper to make a sleeve for a 14mm case. I think its 14, I can`t find the papers that I ordered them from over a year ago. I have a template but it doesn`t fit on 8.5x11 paper and I can`t afford to get anything bigger. Anyone have a good one?

I found another and it also doesn`t fit, should I be using scale to fit media? Or is there a way to make the printer not cut it off so far from the edge?

The problem with 8.5x11 paper is that it forces you to print very near the edge of the paper. A lot of printers don't want to do that.

There is a reasonably cheap workaround. MEDVDCIG50 | B&H Photo Video are glossy photo paper sheets in A4 size from Meritline. They are about US$15 for 50 sheets and really work quite brilliantly. I also use exPressit Label Design*Studio software for printing inserts created in Photoshop. The exPressit software is free and gives you good control over the positioning the image to fit correctly on the paper. The controls are not the most intuitive but I got my settings correct after a little fiddling.

All of the insert printing tools I've found use A4 stock because of the issue printing on 8.5x11. Some (most?) photo printers can print to the edge of some stock which I'm not sure extends to letter sized paper. If yours can, you might get it to work. Look at the printer options associated with the print command.

I use the photoshop template from neato. with today's budget, I can't purchase the actual forms, but I print them on 8.5x11 paper and cut along the lines to make them fit.

ahh it uses A4, I wasn`t aware the difference. I may just have it done at a print shop on regular A4 paper. My budget and time constraints are not playing nicely. Something is better than nothing though! Thanks for the help :)
