Mini DVD and SCVD

Exporting from the timeline short subjects (15min) . Besides having created the necessary *.mg2 file for video and *.wav or *.mp2 for audio what are the other needed software and steps to burn it to create a mini DVD or SCVD . How difficult a process is it? Bare bones, nothing fancy. To be played on recent DVD players
Using Premiere 6.5 and Pinnacle 500 DVD

save as mpg2 SVCD standard, and burn with nero.

SVCD plugin is available at their site, basic menus can also be made

Keep in mind that not all (actually most probably) cannot play
Mini DVD's (DVD on a CD). The newer Nero versions have a
special Mini DVD template.
