What's the best Dual\Double Layer DVD burner

I need some opinions on what's the best Dual\double layer DVD burners. I currently have a Sony DVD RW 500A burner. Works fine. No problems. However due to the advancing technogy I would like to move up. I did a seach on this forum but couldn't find an answer. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
Harry

Hi Harry,
I am not really sure that this is the best model available, but I have had the NEC ND-3550A 16X DVD double layer and I am very happy with the speed and quality of the drive.
Good Luck

I'll second David's vote for NEC. They have been top of the line burners and low cost for some time - I saw it recently for less than $45 at edealinfo.com or deal2buy.com - this is also a helpful site for feedback on burners:
