Fun with Ultralights

very cool. I've always wanted to fly one of those. I loved the shots taken from they sky. And finally the obvious one...what's that redhead's number?!

Cool....brought back some memories for me. Back in the early to mid 80's I worked at a factory that built ultralights and actually logged about 12 hours of airtime in them. Wasn't the greatest job in the world but was fun after work.

Hey Chuck,

That looks like a lot of fun and a cool way to get quality aerials. How did you mount the camera in the air? Footage looked nice and smooth.

Oh yeah, there were ultrlights in that video - I didn't notice them for a while - something else far more interesting to gaze upon.

Hi Liam,

I drop a bungee cord from the wing above the pilot and attach it to a piece of string that's wrapped around the lens. Provides good balance and dampens most of the vibration from the Ultralight.
