Once Dynamic Balance is acheived using the Lateral, Vertical and Horizontal Adjustment with your camera, the Head will hold its position and stay there without additional tension from tilt drag. I have 2x HDR-FX1's on ebay, since having all internal workings replaced in July 2010 they have done 20 hours and 15 hours and really are in top condition. I also have a Beachtek DXA-4s XLR to 3.5mm adapter as well as the mic mount that you screw onto the side of the viewfinder to add a shotgun mic without using up the cold shoe. These will work with both DVX100 & HPX170 (.6 will need to be adjusted but close up will simply screw on to the 72mm filter threads. Great addition to the cam... I already sold my DVX and am now still outfitting the AF100. |
Sony HXR-NX5U for SALE $$$
I will be selling my NX5U within the next couple weeks. I will be posting the camera on ebay but i wanted to give a chance to some of the users at DVinfo to take advantage of this great deal. It was purchased in Spring of Last year 2010. The unit has had very little use and is in almost new condition. The lense has never seen the light of day as i immediately installed a UV filter upon opening the box, so the front lense element is in prestine condition.
The camera was purchased from Henry's Camera which came with a 1 year manufacturers warranty and i also purchased an extended 3 year warranty which is fully transferable. The Unit comes with all of the supplied accessories and cables. I am also willing to throw in an Sony NPF-970 long life battery instead of the supplied NPF-570. Currently there is only 1 other supplier on ebay selling the camera new for 4900$ US with only a 1 year manufacturers warranty. I am willing to let mine go for 4499$ or best offer. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- I also have an OPTIONAL FMU128gb module that i'm still deciding whether or not to sell. Canon 25-100 f1.8 (c-mount)

I'm currently selling my Canon 25-100 f1.8 constant aperture c-mount lens which I bought to shoot video on my GH2 using the crop mode, I never used it because I got another lens with a similar focal range and decent aperture. It does gives you vignetting (not as heavy as other c-mounts) without the crop mode, but if you shoot low light scenes and zoom all the way you'll see a lot less vignetting.
One thing special about this lens is that it is in pristine conditions, something very rare on lenses this old. Even the zoom lever was still in its plastic wrap, I just took it out to test it.
