Keyboard
 

Some of the keys on my mac keyboard have stopped working. I like the thin design but this is my second one that this has happened. They seem susceptible compared to traditional ones. Life span of like 5 years and any cleaning sprays will kill them.

Anyone have any thoughts or suggestions? Are there keyboards designed specifically for video editing that will work on the mac?

Any USB keyboard should work, and same again for a mouse. Doesn't need to be a special Apple hardware item.

I use soft rubber covers from kbcover.com for my main edit computers. I also never put cleaner directly on the keyboards.
