Capture in FCP hand to premiere cs2

Hey guys I've got some footage shot in 1080i60 from a canon xl-h1 that i've got to capture, put on a drive and hand to a guy to edit in premiere pro cs2. Obviously capturing 1080i60 in fcp is not problem, but wha tdo I do with my clips after that to make it into something premiere cs2 can read?
