Apple pro training fce
 

ordered this product to get the several hours of dvd training it is supposed to come with is there a trick?
the dvd wont play in my dvd player and all i get is errors when i put it in my computer??????????????

Are you certain it is a video DVD? All the DVDs that came with my Pro books only contain assets to use with the tutorials in the book.

i second that, most of the stuff is just excersce files.

it says dvd on the front. i thought it may be something else but even when i fallow the directions i only get error messages.

I had the previous version (3.5) and it included a DVD ROM. Worked flawlessly. Also, in the description on the amazon page it says DVD ROM.

There have been a few threads here where people were having problems with the discs that came with their book. I've bought quite a few of those books during the last few months (all related to final cut pro, dvd studio pro) and I never had a problem with a disc not working. If yours is defective, call/email to store where you bought the book.

What, exactly, are the error messages you are getting?

first copy ended up being bad i recieved another copy from vender it has been installing over 1 hour has said 25 minutes left for about 45 min. now guess its not going to happen for me to get to view this cd
also it will not let me eject cd cant stop it from copying files????????????
