You need to export a 'progressive' movie and re-upload to Vimeo. You could also try adding the 'deinterlace' filter on to each shot.

How do i export "Progressive" ? I looked around and cant seem to find anything.

If you are using Compressor, pick your codec (I use MPEG4), select Frame Controls, output fields: progressive and Deinterlace: Better (Motion Adaptive).

if i am not using compressor? The program wont open for some reason.

If you use Export: Using QT Conversion, there is a Deinterlace checkbox under Options: Video: Size. However, Compressor is useful and worth getting working.
