Sorry I didn't watch the entire show, as it was taking forever to load,
but I will tell you what I think based on my experience working on outdoors TV shows.

Audio could use a little finesse.
Might consider using a HPF to roll off some of that wind noise in the outdoor segments.

In your intro segments, put some distance between you and the background.
You are way too close to it. This will add some depth to the shots. Your lighting in these segments could use some help as well.

Loose the cheese in the transitions and titles, less cliché LiveType & static TV FX.
It makes your show look more youtubeish instead of professional broadcast.

Always have your photogs keep their lenses clean! Nothing worse than an annoying spot on the lens for an entire show.

Consider adding a follow boat with 2 cameras for fishing segments.
This will give you cutaways instead of that long boring single camera shot.
1 camera for each of you fishing. When one of you hooks up, cam 1 follows the fish and cam 2 shoots the talent during the fight.

Honestly I think you have a Gem waiting to be polished.

Thanks for the advice. I guess we are on the right track because most all of which you pointed out has been addressed....That first episode was completed a while back and we have critiqued the heck out of it.
